In collaboration with the Skyrise by Binghatti project, Percent&Co promotes residential and commercial real estate, from studio apartments to four-bedroom units, providing marketing support and responding to sales inquiries in accordance with the developer's policies.

2. Agreement to Terms

3. Payment Procedures & Refund Policy

All financial transactions relating to real estate bookings or catalogues must adhere to the payment structure specified by the property developer. This typically includes staged payments: at reservation, during construction, and at completion.

Any refund requests are handled based on the developer's refund policy. Percent&Co does not issue refunds independently and will only process them upon receipt of official confirmation from the developer.

Percent&Co does not assume responsibility for the decision or timing of refunds, nor the amount approved.

No additional service or administrative fees are charged by Percent&Co unless clearly agreed upon in writing with the client in advance.

4. Terms for Site Visits

To schedule a physical or virtual tour of a property or show unit, a prior appointment must be made using our published contact channels.

Access to sites is subject to availability and the developer's access and safety regulations. Walk-ins and unscheduled visits may not be permitted.

Percent&Co retains the right to postpone or cancel viewings due to logistical reasons, changes in availability, health and safety requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

All content provided on this website—including images, text, price ranges, unit layouts, and property availability—is intended for informational use only.

While we strive for accuracy, Percent&Co does not guarantee the timeliness or completeness of the information and accepts no liability for errors, omissions, or outdated content.
